My venue requires insurance from vendors. Do you have this?
Sure do! We carry General Liability insurance for $1,000,000 + we are also licensed in the state of Florida.
Do you travel?
Of course! We are based in Orlando and Fort Lauderdale + most of our weddings are here in Central Florida but we do many weddings across the state.

Weddings outside of Florida are subject to a travel fee.
How many weddings can you do in a weekend?
We only take on one wedding per weekend to make sure our team can devote undivided attention to our couple.
Is our communication limited depending on my package?
We love staying connected with our couples throughout the entire planning journey. Even if you've booked our month-of coordination package, you'll still enjoy unlimited communication with us. We're always here when you need us!
I’m ready to book, what is the next step?
Do you give a discount for weekday weddings, slow season or for military?
Once we’ve had your consultation you will receive a proposal, invoice and contract via email. Simply fill out the contract + submit an easy e-signature. There is also a link to pay the fee. From there you will receive a welcome orientation email.
After we have wrapped up your signed contract + payment you will receive wedding planning meetings to begin the exciting journey of planning your dream wedding!
Unfortunately not, however we do offer discounted rates for micro weddings of 40 or less guest counts. Our team is always committed to giving the same level of service to all of our couples, regardless of price.
Can I set up a consultation?
Absolutely! We do ask that couples have their wedding date and preferred location (city and state) confirmed before scheduling a consultation. This helps us check availability and serve you better. Once you have those details, just head over to our Contact page to fill out the form or book a consultation directly using the calendar HERE.
How much does this cost?
Our goal is to bring affordability back to the wedding industry. We love transparency so we list our prices right here on our website under each offering, in the services tab. Though there are ranges, the majority of our coordination couples spend around $600, mini planning around $1200 + our full service couples invest approximately $2500.
Where are you located?
We’re grateful to be rooted in both Orlando and Fort Lauderdale, allowing us to serve couples in multiple communities with love and purpose.
I don’t live in Florida. Will that be an issue?
That is never an issue for us. We still email, text, call, FaceTime + Zoom when we need to. It’s pretty much the same thing! We also travel! We do offer virtual service for couples who just need guidance and already have help for the day of the wedding.
